Absolutely phenomenal experience with Chef Cameron and The Next Course catering for my 40th birthday dinner party! From the get-go, Cameron went above and beyond, meticulously crafting a menu that perfectly encapsulated all of my culinary favorites.
He graciously accommodated every tweak and adjustment until it was just right.
On the day of the event, Cameron's dedication truly shone through. Despite having to navigate three staircases with each plate, he flawlessly served each course with grace and precision. Hosting the party was a breeze because Cameron took care of everything from start to finish. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing that setup and cleanup were expertly handled.
And let's talk about the food – absolutely divine! Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and executed to perfection. Cameron even thoughtfully prepared a special menu for the kids in attendance, ensuring that everyone felt included and satisfied.

Cam and David are amazing! We’ve been using their services for years and just keep coming back because they can literally make anything (tacos, Indian food, sushi, cake, Italian food, etc. ) and it’s always fantastic! This year alone, they’ve catered for both of my kid’s birthdays and we’ve already booked them for my niece's upcoming graduation party. I booked my last birthday with The Next Course. In total we had 12 people and did a 6 course dinner. Chef Cam and Chef David were very helpful throughout the planning of the menu and wine pairings, and were very accommodating to any dietary restrictions.
We ended up doing an interactive themed dinner where each course had some sort of interaction to help immerse you into the dinner. While that was really cool, the food itself was easily some of the best dishes I have ever eaten. You could tell the love and passion put into each dish. Overall they made this the best birthday celebration I have ever experienced, and I cannot wait until next year to do it again!

What’s your signature dish?
I wouldn't say we have a signature dish... but we specialize in fine dining, multi course dinners.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Communication is key. Having run multiple restaurant concepts, we have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to menu planning and keeping costs down. Our goal is to exceed our guests expectations, while being mindful of set budgets.
What do you love most about your job?
Sharing our craft, engaging with our guests and having a positive impact on people through our food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We've each spent over 20 years in the industry, working our way up the ranks. We both found ourselves at a point where we felt the next big step is ownership. We're proud of what we bring to the table and want to share it with as many people as we can.

We're not your typical caterer! We're not only obsessed about the product we put out, but we're equally as passionate about making memorable experiences for our guests.
