We love the beauty of Colorado and the Rocky Mountains. This is why our focus is on cuisine that is made of ingredients that are sourced locally from farmers and growers that are located here as well as those that are available naturally in the wild.

I wanted a caterer for my wedding that could prepare quality farm fresh local food without breaking the bank. They far exceeded my expectations on all of that! We did a family style dinner and the food was absolutely amazing. Everyone raved about it and all the little details made the menu so unique. More...

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We focus on the cultures and history of Colorado to develop new and exciting dishes. Every dish we create can be linked back to a certain place, time or personal memory of the Rocky Mountains. We also source hyper-locally and hyper-seasonally. This helps dishes evolve and keeps our offerings very fluid throughout the seasons.
What inspired you to start your own business?
" I have always loved cooking and creating dishes. Starting this business has been a great way for me to do both of these things every day!"
Why should our clients choose you?
We are committed to building relationships with farmers and ranchers in Colorado and working with them to bring the best food to your plate. We understand dietary needs and will work to provide items that fit allergies and restrictions while maintaining a high standard of quality and still using locally sourced items.
