We specialize in boutique weddings, parties, showers...dinner parties or neighborhood block parties. We can bring our beautiful food truck and set up at any location so as long as we can get a permit...we will make it happen. We can provide pick up or drop off or drop off with set up Catering.

Stacia and crew came to my art show last weekend in RiNo and they were amazing!!! They arrived early, were totally set up by the time my guests started arriving, and had the best service! Stacia actually brought orders in for people!! Now let's talk about the food- flat out fantastic! She talked with me about the event and custom-tailored a menu. She made grilled cheese for the kiddos, had vegan options and meat options. The greens were all super fresh. We loved that all her meat is local, organic, free-range and all the other good stuff!! Elk Sliders, Korean Beef Short Ribs, Vegan Birrias Street Tacos, Hummus BabaG & Falafel Veggie Plate, Mediterranean food...my favorite food in all my travels
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We communicate with our clients, and we submit 2-4 different packages based on service and guest plate cost
What do you love most about your job?
Food and Service. I was in the corporate world for 25 years so Servant Leadership is most important. Respect and Leadership make the event. I have a top shelf Team and they all love their jobs. It's about service and great food for us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a successful career in finance and after 25 years took the layoff package because I was burnt out, went to culinary school, travelled the world and came back and built a food truck and catering business.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are passionate about providing the best food and service... and we do it very well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have online ordering and during covid it worked out well for all customers except for Mandy Applegate who stomped her foot, screamed at us and demanded we violate health dept regulations during covid all because SHE didn't believe in CoVid. You can write all the bad reviews you want. If you don't wear a mask when required by law you will be asked to order online or leave. We were so abused during covid and I will not let anyone berate, yell or threaten me or any of my employees. As you can all image...drunken self righteous demanding women are our least favorite and I will fight back for my employees.
