What do you love most about your job?

I'm passionate about teaching people of all ages, my clients range from 20s to 80s!! No matter how old they are, the greatest reward to me is seeing them evolving and achieving their goals.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My first contact with yoga was in the 80s and since then it's always been there for me, while I worked as a hang gliding instructor and as a musician. Eventually I decided to deepen my knowledge so I could share this ancient technique of self-refinement with people seeking to improve their health and life in every way.

I took the long path, studying with the British Wheel of Yoga for 4 years. They are the only yoga body recognised by Sport England.
I am now a full-time yoga teacher.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am friendly and very dedicated teacher, always thrilled to see my students improving their practice. I'm experienced and teach safely and respectfully. I will do my best to cater for the your needs.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Since Covid I've been teaching mostly online but now also back to in-person lessons.
I am very lucky to have a garden studio in my home in Maida Vale where I teach one or two people at a time . On warm days we have larger groups on the deck.
For in-person lessons it's best if you come to my home which I share with partner and my son. Here you'll enjoy a peaceful and safe environment where you can focus entirely on your practice, without distractions. Having said that I am open to come to clients' homes at adjacent areas.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I have taken both Pfizer Covid jabs and will teach wearing a mask upon request. I clean all equipment and the studio between each client lesson.
