I have worked with Amy for many months and continue to do so. I wouldn't have found her if it wasn't for Bidvine and happy to recommend her to others looking for a yoga teacher who challenges you but works with your body and designs sessions to suit your needs.

We are very fortunate to have found Amy to help my mother build the strength and confidence so she can hopefully regain the ability to balance and walk independently.

So far my mother is really enjoying the sessions and looks forward to them because she feels Amy understands her strengths and weaknesses, which makes her an excellent yoga instructor.

Amy was really lovely and calming! Everyone that attended her session thoroughly enjoyed it. Because most of us were beginners, Amy was able to tailor the lessons to suit us. I really recommend.

A professional yoga teacher. Amy explains the correct poses and changes them to suit the individual pupil, helpful when new pupils are struggling. Everyone is treated as an individual and receives personal attention.
Amy also has workshops and specialist classes for those pupils looking for greater yoga challenges!
Have been with Amy for many years and always enjoy her classes. Feel relaxed and de-stressed after each class.

Amy has been my Yoga teacher for roughly two years. I was in a class for the first 18 months and recently I have asked Amy to give me a weekly lesson in my home. It is always a pleasure to be in her company. Amy is able to adapt the lessons to take into account the age, stamina and fitness level of her pupils. She has a very beautiful voice with which she gives her gentle but firm instructions. I give her full credit in helping me to stay reasonably supple given my age. She is utterly professional and always punctual. More...

I really enjoy the yoga classes with Amy. They are challenging and feel like a good workout for the body and mind. Amy is able to adapt the class for any injuries or needs as well. She is also very good at sending emails or texts to let everyone know if the class needs to be cancelled for any reason. More...

Q&As

I love being able to share the wonderful practices of yoga with others.

I first attended yoga classes myself following an injury and found it to be an amazing support whilst healing and that the benefits and value of yoga went far beyond the yoga mat. Eventually my training lead me to train to become a yoga teacher and I decided to specialise in teaching therapeutic yoga to support injury and health conditions due to my own experience of how it benefited me. I set up my first classes to share this wonderful practice with others and my teaching practice grew into teaching classes, workshops and on teacher trainings in London and on yoga retreats internationally.

I teach a range of styles of yoga and adapt classes to your individual needs, pace and goals. I have a strong focus on healthy action and joint usage to cultivate ease and healthy movement in the long term.

My services are available remotely online via Zoom.

Zoom can be downloaded to your laptop or device for free and you will receive a link to join the class via email.

I transitioned to online teaching during Covid. When teaching at a client's home or office I ask that clients provide their own mat and that we follow social distancing guidelines.
