Personal Trainers

I would highly recommend Laura as she is a great friendly teacher. The benefit of one on one sessions is that they can be tailored to your specific needs and Laura always makes sure that you are getting what you need most from the session. Over the year I’ve worked with Laura, my practice has progressed immensely and with her gentle, positive encouragement and teaching style, I’ve managed poses I never thought I would. LTF is a great fitness trainer. I have used them for the past few months and I have seen a rapid transformation in my mind, body and spirit. I feel lighter, healthier, a lot more alert and happier. It’s amazing what experienced coaching and mentoring can do to the human body and mind. Would 100% recommend LTF to anyone ready to hit the ground running. It’s any easy start for a beginner or pro. Laura is a wonderful yoga teacher who creates an amazing environment to practice with her friendly and creative aura. As a newbie I have felt safe under her instruction, whilst being challenged in a fun and playful way. I build my sessions based around a Hybrid fusion of Body Weight Training and Power Yoga.

I focus my attentions on the Maintenance of the joints & muscles in order to prime the body for an effective Training Session

Strength and Flexibility, Endurance, Power, Body Alignment and Posture, Correct use of Energy to benefit the most from your sessions, Constructive Rest.

Rewards would be to enjoy a toned, trim physique, great posture, optimum uptake of nutrients, fat loss, calm and composed disposition, deep sleep.
