To support workers to bridge the gap between theory and practices, creating competent workforce, ability to support carers to implement what they have learnt into their individual practices, excellent patient care.

Yes, we can provides some services online or remotely, for example, we have blended study for carers for both online and face to face training, we can support carers and staffs from the office to support and guide them to complete their task. We can offer telephone support to services users.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We provides additional training and support to carers and staffs to understand and comply with the government directives in relation to transmission of infection and diseases this includes Covid-19, maintain and supporting vulnerable others to understand process and procedure to reducing risk of exposure and transmission, using face mask, hand wash, using hand sanitizer, maintaining social distancing. Changes to training, first aid, basic life support, in the way assess the situation that requires carers performing basic life support, checking for breath with the back of their hands rather than using their cheeks, performing chest only compression where possible.
