Supercarers have provided friendly and professional support in helping me find care for my father. They have always been positive and energetic trying to resolve problems, even on Boxing Day! They show initiative and their communication is great, I have never had to chase anyone for information or progress reports. All the electronic correspondence and links I have used have been easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend them, it has been a much easier and more personal service than some of the Live-in Care companies I used for my Mother's care. More...

We used supercarers to find live-in care for my mother, who suffered from early-onset fronto-temporal dementia. The company provided us with four kind, patient, professional carers who came to us for a total of about 12 months. All of the carers we had were lovely and worked flat-out to ensure that mum was healthy, clean, well-fed and as cheerful as was possible given the circumstances. The company were very helpful and communications were easy, and I can honestly say that they and the carers made a very difficult situation much less difficult. Would definitely use them again. Q&As

Hearing the great feedback from clients and carers about how the service has had a positive impact on their lives.

We’re here because we know exactly how it feels to be in your shoes. SuperCarers began as two brothers looking to find the right care for their grandmother. We realised that the current system was not designed to give families what they really needed - quality, choice and control, at an affordable price. So we decided to change it.

We know that relationships are the foundations of good care. We carefully match clients and carers based on experience but also on personality and interests, making for a truly life enriching care experience.

Services

As you or your loved one gets older there may come a time when you need to make the decision that you need full-time care. live-in home care is suitable for anyone who needs full-time care and wants to live in their own home with their familiar surroundings for as long as possible.

There are many factors that determine whether a live-in carer may be needed. Home safety can become a serious concern when someone is no longer safe on their own as the risk of falls or injury has become too great. Likewise, escalating care needs may have evolved beyond those currently being supported by yourself, family or part-time care.

As you or your loved ones get older you may need assistance with daily activities or need company throughout the day. You may also be their primary carer and need some help looking after them due to family, work, or social commitments.

Carers on our platform are available for day shifts that start from three hours per day. This option may be preferable to those who need assistance with certain daily activities, such as washing and dressing, or at meal times, but do not require round-the-clock support. A part-time carer can prove to be an invaluable part of your loved one’s support network and can improve the quality of life of everyone involved.

If you or your loved one needs home help it may be the case that you could benefit from the help of night carers. Having a carer on hand throughout the night can provide both them and you with the peace of mind needed to get a good night’s sleep, knowing that support is there if needed.

At SuperCarers, we encourage all clients to take care of themselves as much as possible. But we also understand that a good night’s sleep may be difficult to get for many reasons, including lack of mobility, anxieties over being left alone and conditions such as dementia. This in itself can make remaining independent more difficult, which is where night care can help.
