My experience with Ramah ker has been very positive, I talked to Faith and she was very understanding of our needs and provide various options. She was very accomodating and put first the needs of my mum than what would be normally be standard care. My mum is a 90 year old person who doesn't speak English, her first language is Spanish and has mobility problems, somehow Faith managed to established a healthy relationship with mum and seems to care for her needs and well being. She even offered to get a carer who speaks Spanish and she has done that. She also gives us updates and suggestions that will benefit mum's long term care. One thing that I'm happy is that she can support extra hours at short notice and doesn't mind putting herself out. We take the care of our clients seriously and has always been my inspiration to start my own bussiness, thus to give back to the community in a meaningful way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In simple terms, we love caring for others and starting this bussines will give us that opportunity to tailor our ethos to our practice and sense of ownership

We believe we are the best on the market. Our staff receive the best training to ensure they execute their job well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure the use of PPE and continue to undertake reviews and training for our staff. Our staff do role play on how they use equipment as a way of reviews and training.

We provide 24 hours live in support and care services
Supported sccomodation
We provide support accommodation for both regulated and unregulated services. From 16 year old to adults from 18 years old.
Domiciliary Care
We provide Domiciliary Care services at home and we are well experienced in this service.
Staffing issues
Wr also provides staff to hospitals, care homes and residential homes
Family support
Our services extend to families with children who need support while living with their parents. This allows parents time to for respite for part of the day while we take good care of their children
