I am a registered member of the BACP directory I offer professional Person Centred Integrative Counselling service to people who are stressed, confused or perhaps facing a crisis in your life, or have some ongoing difficulties you cannot seem to resolve. Maybe you are an individual or a couple experiencing problems in your relationships, bereavement or loss. Maybe it seems hard to cope with life's challenges. In these circumstances, it can be helpful to talk to someone who is not directly involved. You may have had therapy before and want to go deeper, possibly engage in twice weekly work. Coming for therapy can be an opportunity to think about your life now, what has shaped you and consider what you want for your future; a means of self development. I have experience working with people with a wide range of issues such as relationship issues, domestic abuse, identity crisis, addiction, body image, mental health problems etc. I also offer a special holistic food and mind therapy which aims to explore healthy lifestyle and how you can adapt to eating healthy and living well. I also work with children who may have anger issues and displaying challenging behaviour, my approach is sensitive and creative. If you would like to book a consultation please contact me.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been through difficult times and trauma in life myself having been on a therapeutic journey I have raised above and worked on my self growth and development.
