Helping my clients to make the changes that they want to make. Change and the decision to make it is powerful
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a mum of 4 and realising how difficult it was to find a job flexible enough. So I created my own holistic business

I'm very experienced and the therapies that I use allow me to design sessions bespoke to each client. I us my own scripts and metaphor to encourage transformational and long lasting change

Time Line Therapy
Time Line Therapy is used with NLP techniques and some hypnotherapy.
Remove negative emotion and negative thinking and create a brighter future.
Packages are usually 6-8 hours for this therapy and include future goal setting
Package cost £600
Online or face to face available
Personal Workshops for Goals/Confidence/Motivation
4 hour workshops bepoke to you
Ideal for tackling 1 problem or issue such as clear goal setting, confidence, self belief, motivation
Can be a shared workshop for up to 4 people
Ideal for small businesses and employees
£300 for 4 hour session (1 session is 4 hours)
