Here's my feedback:
Pam has a wonderful balance of support and challenge. This meant that not only was each session thoroughly enjoyable and motivating, I was also able to move forward by working through problematic decision making or discovering what is most important for me that I've not been aware of. Pam creates the space and time to think through the issues you want to explore at your own pace. Her responsive questions skilfully steer your thinking so that by the end of the session you have a much deeper understanding of what is happening for you. Through Pam's coaching, I raised my self awareness in key areas, becoming aware of habits and blind spots in my thinking and behaviour which were getting in the way of my progress without me realising. By the end of each session I had clearly defined actions and strategies which are continuing to impact on significant areas of my life. Pam's positive presence gives you the motivation to implement those intentions. Pam's coaching has had an impact on: how I communicate and maintain effective relationships with others, how I can increase access to what I want and what is important to me, such as taking more control over how I spend my time. As a result of the coaching, I am able to feel positive and comfortable about meeting my own needs and wants, including saying 'no' when I need to. I have achieved clarity about how I can respond positively and productively to situations which in the past I would have found problematic. Pam's coaching has therefore had a transformative and significant impact on my thinking and behaviour and I would recommend Pam's coaching to anyone.
