We specialise in Greek souvlaki - hot fluffy pita bread (unlike any you find in the supermarkets in the UK) filled with meat and/ or Halloumi cheese cooked on skewers and accompanied by fresh veg and homemade Greek sauces. We also prepare fresh salads made to order including the traditional Greek salad with feta cheese.

What’s your signature dish?
Souvlaki - favourites are our pork and halloumi or our chicken and halloumi souvlakia in pittas.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The beauty of our food is that we use simple, fresh ingredients. Each souvlaki is made to order, which means we can add or omit whatever the customer wishes. We love to work with our clients to create menus tailored to them and are always happy to discuss all options.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part is meeting new people and serving them the food we love!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have Greek roots and always found that it was impossible to find authentic Greek souvlaki here in the UK. After returning to London, we decided to make our own souvlaki with real Greek ingredients and that is how our business was born! We love that we can now bring the true taste of Greece to the UK ourselves; we are passionate about our food and have put great effort into finding the best ingredients.
