Otilia hosted an amazing dinner party for my friends and I. She grilled a delicious melange de rib eye steak and my favourite octopus, with sides of potatoes and green beans and paired with sparkling sake, red wine and beer. What’s your signature dish?
Any fresh pasta dish, simple dishes made with fresh ingredients and good quality olive oil.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I sit with the client, ideally over a cup of tea and we discuss the vision for your dinner. We talk about the atmosphere you want to create and the seasonality of ingredients. I will then create a sample menu from which we adjust to make the final menu. There is also the option of tasting before your dinner party.
Cakes follow the same format however I would strongly suggest a tasting, however, it is still optional.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook, it is my purpose in life. Through my passion, I meet the most interesting and wonderful people and thoroughly enjoy contributing to someone's special day. I enjoy the collaborative nature of the job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a restaurant Chef, I rarely see the people I cook for and in starting my own cooking business I can first hand interact with the people I cook for in that moment.

Dinner Party and Canapes
There is nothing as joyous and wholesome as bringing our loved ones together to break bread. Dinner parties will consist of a menu curated in collaboration with you. There is the option to have a menu tasting before your event and canapes are optional.
Birthday and Wedding Cakes
Contact me for a cake consultation and we can discuss what you desire. My main rule with cakes is they cannot be made any earlier than the day before they are due to be consumed. I value fresh delicious food and often times cakes can fall short. Cakes should not only look beautiful but it is absolutely necessary that they are mind-blowingly delicious.
