Monsieur Bou's philosophy is that each event is treated as a unique experience, and as such, a tailored menus is devised based on the client's desires. Monsieur Bou, the chef, was born and raised in Lebanon, and has since enjoyed travelling and living across the Mediterranean, discovering new flavours, and experimenting with new recipes.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I hired Monsieur Bou twice - once for our housewarming party and another time for a private seated dinner. What’s your signature dish?
Msakhan Chicken is my all-time favorite dish! It’s a Middle Eastern dish that originates from Palestine and is made with roasted chicken, diced onions, fragrant sumac, and olive oil. I usually serve it in a pie or in samosas. It’s so delicious that I could eat it anytime!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Every event is unique and has its own objectives. I always take the time to understand my client’s aspirations for their event, whether it’s big or small. My goal is to answer the brief in the best way possible while keeping sustainability and seasonality of ingredients in mind. That way, I can create an unforgettable experience for everyone involved!
What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because it allows me to be creative and explore different ways of cooking and experimenting with different tastes. I’m always looking for new ways to innovate and create something truly unique and special for my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because of my love for food and the lack of my type of service in London. Everyone kept telling me they wanted to buy my food, so I decided to take the leap and start my own business.
