Philip is a great chef! It was the first time we hired a private chef so we were not sure what to expect, but he made the whole experience really pleasant! He cooked a 3-course meal for 6 people for my wife’s birthday and every course was cooked to perfection and well presented. My wife and I are bought foodies and love eating out in Michelin starred restaurants, so our expectations were high and I must say Philip was up to the task! We chose the menu together, he kept in touch through the process and provided expert advice. Consistent conversations with the clients to find out what the end result they are looking for in regards to the event. Discussing how i can adapt my skills and abilities towards the client options. By using a common phrase: Customer is King

Loss of my job due to redundancy caused by the pandemic and closure of my contract

No, but the discussion of options in regards to food delivery , though I have to factor in packaging costs and planning . I am Brixton based and do not travel outside of London area
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Social distancing, mask wearing, constant hand washing. Preparing some of the food at home, which means spending less time in your home.
