Tonio's kitchen did catering for my son's 13th birthday party of 15 people. When we met he presented himself well organised and passionate with a clear menu of what he offers.
I wanted the jerk chicken, curry goat and with vegan dishes as well. The food was delicious and well presented with a great service. I would definitely recommend Tonio's kitchen. Tasty food that offers great service 👍🏾

I have eaten Tonio’s Kitchen’s food in numerous occasions. I am always pleased, yet pleasantly surprised at his fusion and combinations achieved!
His food is very appealing to me, as a non meat eater, as his is adventurous with his ingredients and textures, which is great.
The chef is generous with seasoning and herbs; which is very appealing to me....
I’ve attended his pop ups sbd have always been satisfied.
Highly recommend if your looking for that burst of flavour!

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Tonio's Kitchen will discuss menu options with each client and create a bespoke menu, that will highlight the flavours of the Caribbean and fuse it with other flavours worldwide.
What do you love most about your job?
As a chef, I love eating out and tasting food from other cultures then use their ingredients to recreate dishes my way. I love meeting and working with different people
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me is my passion for food and looking at the market Caribbean food has so much to offer, so linking it with other cuisines has opened up a different market to elevate my food.
