Life is made up of lots of little moments that shape us and change us; but not always for the better. I am an integrated therapist qualified in person-centred therapy and CBT, I provide a non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and confidentially, about past, present and future. The relationship of trust between a therapist and client is important allowing this to happen allows you to feel that you can trust and build a connection whereby you can be yourself, allowing your voice to be heard. Knowing that someone is listening and that everything is safe, and confidential. Working with zoom and also telephone allows you to have that control of where you would like to be for your session in a comfortable but yet private space. Using an integrated approach allows you to explore what you want and need from therapy. Person-centred therapy is my modality allowing you to explore and find the answers within you, though I also use CBT, mindfulness and also a solution focused approach, I have my own private practice and also work in education providing therapy for those who need it.

What do you love most about your job?

I feel that it is a privilege that my clients share their life with me, and that I am able to walk a journey alongside my client as they look for a path to find peace, hope and happiness again.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Working for a very well-known charity for 7 years allowed me the opportunity to work with a range of client's adult and children. Using my skills as a therapist allowed me to know that therapy is not 6 sessions it has to be what my client needs, as they want their voice to be heard, this is why I began my own business.

Why should our clients choose you?

Having a confidential space to feel supported and listened to allows yourself to explore the goals that you want to achieve building a relationship of trust with autonomy and congruence. By being empathic and allowing you to begin your journey.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Working online allows you to feel safe, you know you can share all you need to talk about and not worry about bumping into me at the corner shop.
Though for those clients that do want a face-to-face experience I am able to provide walking therapy for those local to me.
Therapy sessions are £40 per hour

Therapy is a 50minute session where you feel safe and not overheard. The cost of therapy is £40 per session with sessions being weekly of fortnightly and reducing to monthly.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I worked face to face throughout covid at times when needed with my mask and 2meters apart in a ventilated room. Though my clients need's always came first and if they preferred to use Zoom then we would. Often I found my clients preferred it as they had control of when and where they wanted to work, being comfortable.
My only request is that it is confidential to you, and not in the living room with all of the family or with the TV on. It needs to be a private space for you where you can be you.
