The most rewarding aspect of my career is being able to make a difference in someone's life, helping them overcome certain medical conditions to live better lives. As well as that, I love seeing the frown from the before picture transformed into a huge smile to the present.

What inspired you to start your own business?

It was my passion to create my online training business beci wanted to be able to reach and help more peolpe from Australia and around the world that had no access to me physically at my premises.
My goal was to build a community of like-minded individuals who are always encouraging and supporting one another.There's a place where you feel comfortable regardless of where you're at in your fitness and health journey.
