Q&As

Before we work with any of our clients we run them through a free assessment session. This is to make sure our clients don't have any movement issues as well as getting a baseline of what they can do so we can 100% tailor our program to their current fitness levels (no matter where they are starting). We track what our clients do everytime they step foot in the gym and make sure they are progressing while using engaging programs (so you're not doing the same routine and getting bored). We also have a big focus on nutrition to make sure that the effort you are putting in at the gym is working hand in hand with what you are doing outside of the gym!

This is dependant on what your goals are. Do you want a dream body, do you want to move pain free, or do you just want to feel better? We also need to look at what else is going on in your life... Do you have kids at home and work full time? This persons goals and abilities are going to be very different to someone who works part time and has a lot of time on their hands.
Your goal and your current circumstances are going to determine how often you train, how strict you need to be with your diet and ultimately what is a realistic approach for your circumstances. A one size fits all model doesn't work and this flexibility is what we pride ourselves on providing

Teaching clients new skills and building their confidence in the gym. Watching them get stronger, fitter and feeling better is incredibly rewarding. I have had a lot of injuries in the past and have done a lot of rehab courses because of this. Helping clients that are in the same situation as I was to move pain free again is something that I truly love seeing!

our program is 100% tailored to our cleints abilities. We don't have a cookie cutter program where one size fits all as we take in to consideration what your goals and circumstances are and help you get the best results from there!

Absolutely, we already have online clients as we run our program through an app. It is incredibly easy to transfer this to an online format

We run private sessions so there are very little clients in our space at any one time
