I worked in the corporate world and soon realized that it was not for me. I was always a fitness fanatic and psychology never seizes to amaze me, so I couldn't think of something more fulfilling than becoming a personal trainer and life coach.

I can provide full personal training online. We can either have online training sessions where I talk you through (and demonstrate of course, "wink") a physical fitness session. Or I will work out a complete training program for you which you can do on your own time. We will then have weekly catch up sessions to make sure you are still on track.
I sanitize before meeting with a client. I also sanitize the equipment used by customers after each session. I always wear a mask during the entire training session.
