How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
With me, a client's journey always starts with an assessment. By assessing at the very start of a journey, we (the client and I) can map our way forward with the best path to achieve his/her fitness goals. An assessment also helps to eliminate certain setbacks as strengths and weaknesses can be determined at the start of the journey, thus potentially preventing some injuries from occurring. After prescribing a scientifically-backed exercise program, I work with clients to ensure that their goals are achieved in the best and safest possible way.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being an integral part of a person's fitness or rehabilitation journey. I love keeping them encouraged if/when they start to become demotivated (which is a normal part of any journey!). Most of all, I love helping them realize their potential and witnessing the achievement of their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to help people on my own terms and at times that suit both the client and myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I am dependable and caring. I will always have a client's best interests at heart. I also continuously study anatomy and physiology to ensure that I am knowledgeable and prescribe exercises that are efficient and relevant.

Yes I can, via Zoom, Microsoft Teams and/or WhatsApp Video Calls (this excludes the initial assessment as this has to be done in person)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I sanitize my equipment and my hands regularly, I wear a mask during the session, and maintain social distance when possible.
Biokinetics Consultations
I offer comprehensive initial assessments in which I assess patients and their conditions. Thereafter, I prescribe exercise programs and offer exercise sessions to ensure that patients perform the prescribed exercises correctly and safely. These sessions also allow me to address and attend to any patient-needs that may arise during the rehabilitation or wellness journey.
Personal Training
Personal training services are available following an assessment.
