I did a 12-week challenge with Wayne and I got more results than I expected. He truly pushed me when I needed to be pushed and gave me the correct workout & diet plan. His experience as a pro makes a really big difference between someone that just does it for money and someone like Wayne that does it as a lifestyle. I wish I could give 7 stars!! More...

With online personal training, the gym and personal training experience comes to you. Whether on your laptop or your phone, remote fitness coaching provides flexibility and expert trainer knowledge at a low price point.

After your consultation, your online personal trainer will use the information you provided and build a personalized plan for you. Online fitness plans can vary from a few weeks to 12 months, but your trainer will constantly be changing as you improve and progress.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19:
Clean your hands often. Use soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub.
Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Wear a mask when physical distancing is not possible.
Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
Stay home if you feel unwell.
If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention.

A detailed program with online video is supplied for the client to follow on their own.

I go to the client in the privacy of their home.

I do all my training with clients at Moove Fitness Club Sunninghill.

I lead both individual and group training sessions at your home or at the gym.

Includes a customised workout and diet program for 12 weeks to get shredded for the beach.

Competition phase diet, you can also expect 2 training sessions a day 5 times a week. Must have so time on your hands to follow this plan.
