I keep my clients workouts engaging and ensure that they perform the exercises correctly. I also ensure my clients follow the correct progressive stages to exercise to prevent injuries and get continual improvements.

I do offer online/remote training and coaching through my App that can be loaded onto any android or IOS smartphone. I also offer video call training through Zoom, Skype or whatsapp.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The gym is constantly sanitized and all equipment is wiped down before and after use.
