This gym is a very nice facility. It is more expensive than many other gyms, but I found it to be well-maintained and clean. The equipment all looked new. The gym was never crowded. (I worked out only on weekends). Never had to wait for a piece of equipment. The staff has always been nice. Locker rooms are clean. Plenty of parking. They offer classes, but I never attended any.I recently moved to the Boston area, so I had to cancel my monthly membership. Cancelling was easy. I just had to give them 30 days notice.

I’m a year long client of Jim Nolan. A year ago I was sick (ms) and 88 pounds. A google search brought me to the best trainer and man I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Jim’s dedication and knowledge is amazing and his need to help people with disabilities makes him the greatest trainer. You will never find someone like him. So if you need someone to change your prospective , Jim is your guy. He has made me feel like I could do almost anything and I have.
Should I work out every day of the week?
It depends on your end goal. If you’re training for a marathon, you might work out nearly every day of the week. If you’re a low-level beginner, a minimum of three times a week is enough to make a noticeable impact. No matter what you’re working out for, everyone needs rest and recovery days. Without them, your muscles won’t be able to recuperate and grow strong, so remember to factor in some down-time, too!
