I started working out at Tsantosfit a couple of months ago, and I love it. It is everything I have been looking for in a fitness program. Thiago is an amazing trainer who is knowledgeable, encouraging, and challenging. It is probably one of the least intimidating spaces I have worked out in, which is awesome. Everyone is super friendly and on a first name basis. Thiago makes sure that the groups get to know one another by everyone introducing themselves at the beginning of a class. Thiago knows everyone and understands their capabilities. He really makes sure that he understands any physical limitations. Although I work out in the small groups, it honestly feels like personal training because I know I can ask him what weight to use -- he'll know what I am capable of and he'll know when to push me further. He is always there to spot you, make sure your form is correct, and also do extra things that aren't included in the daily workout, like helping me work towards achieving a pull-up! The classes are great, I am consistently challenged, and have so much fun. It is all around a great environment and I look forward to going to every class. More...

Review I went to my fist class of Thiago’s about 4 years ago and have work with him since. I ran cross country and track D1 collegiately and now run for an elite running group. Thiago has helped me get strong and stay strong. I started with a small amount of knowledge about strength work and Thiago helped me break every exercise down by starting from scratch. Started with step by step movements helped me to fully learn the exercise as well as give my body the time to adjust and understand the movements. This is great because when I was able to lift heavier, and perform more complex movements I could do it without getting hurt. Thiago’s understanding of each exercise and ability to teach/coach is fantastic. He is able to give one on one attention to make sure your form is correct. He is able to adjust to weaknesses and ultimately make those weaknesses stronger. He keeps variety which is both great for the body as well as keeping the classes fun. Since I’ve been to his class I have stayed away from injury. I have also dropped a a minute plus off of my 5k time. Thiago has helped me increase my performance both in his classes as well as on the track. These strength/metabolic classes are amazing and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Thiago’s the best! Working with Thiago and the group has been life changing. After being sick and suffering with severe GI issues and tachycardia, I thought I would never get back in the gym. It's like having a personal trainer AND the fun of working in a group. Best part is, you go at your own pace. Thiago has the eye to make sure your body is in the right position for the move and your at your right fitness level. It was the best decision I made for both my mental and physical health. Thiago is by far the BEST personal trainer and simply just best person! He goes out of his way to help in anyway he can, he does way more than he has to! I saw results within the first 2-3 weeks of him working with me, he REALLY pushes his clients but some how manages to stay so kind as he is pushing you to your Max! I have been to many gyms and personal trainers over the years. No one compares to Thiago. He has so many positives:. Always is watching your form to make sure you are maximizing your workout without possibility hurting yourself. Will send you diagrams so you can see what you are doing vs what you need to be doing. Love these . Modifies when you need to. I’ve been going to Thiago for 3 months and needed major modifications 1 month in after a injury. He has been great in helping me get the most out of my workouts while being mindful of my healing injury.. He will encourage you to always do your best as he can see what you can do when you think you can’t. He wants you to be your best. You will surprise yourself. . You will feel better and stronger. Everyday moves will become easier. . He has a great personality and sense of humor that makes working out enjoyable. Always has a smile and some crazy joke for you to figure out.. Thiago was an AMAZING online personal trainer, who helped me solidify and take steps to achieve my goals!My 2019 Resolution was to develop healthy habits and get fit and loose weight for my wedding in 2020. Not only that, but I signed up for a "Fitness Challenge" at work where there were three categories: Highest % Weight Lose, Highest % Fat Lose, Highest % Muscle Gain. However, I was always unsure of what to do to build muscle and I was bored of doing nothing but the elliptical. Thiago developed strength work-outs, specifically for me, based on exercises I already enjoyed doing. He sent me concise and clear videos of how to use equipment and lift weights. When things were too hard for me, he would work with me and to make the modifications. With Thiago's help, I was able to lose 8lbs and gain muscle in the 6 weeks I've worked with him- and WIN the "Fitness Challenge"! Thiago, just so many positives here. 1. He’s a top level trainer but appeals to someone who has never picked up a dumbbell as well as high level athletes of all ages. 2. He’s always learning new trends in training, constantly bringing new & fun ways to rethink fitness, building on the rock solid workout cornerstones. 3. His friendly, gentle yet inspiring demeanor is a welcome change to the normal gym mentality. 4. I got stronger...a whole lot stronger. My every day routine no longer has aches, cracks and moans associated with it, all because of two days a week/one hour a day with Thiago. How hard is that? One thing is for sure, I’ve never left the gym feeling worse than when I walked in. 5. Training with Thiago is as essential as eating a well balanced meal. It is now my wife and I’s priority and really fun to do together. The cost of a private trainer can sometimes seem like a luxury, but I guarantee you, after one month you will completely rethink the importance of good health in your annual budget, no matter what your pay scale is. Ultimately my wife and I live a much better life because of how we feel training with Thiago and neither of us have ever done anything like this before. Thiago is as warm, fun, and personable as he is fit. He is down-to-earth and has an open, curious attitude toward every new person and experience. He is a talented trainer, tuning into your particular fitness and rehab needs and keeping the workouts tight and effective. He gives encouragement, but keeps his standards for your fitness high. I've especially enjoyed his ability to work with women of all ages without a whiff of a patronizing attitude. Starting to work out again can be intimidating. The classes that are offered are set for different levels. You can be advanced or a beginner and feel comfortable. You quickly learn that form is most important to get the most from each exercise as Thiago guides you making sure you don't injure yourself. Taking these classes I've developed more muscle mass, and have become much stronger. I'm grateful for the personal attention, and positive encouragement I've received. I've always been active and never had to worry about my weight until a couple of years ago. I started to notice in pictures that I looked soft. Since training at TSF I've never felt as good. I'm able to work in the yard without any back pain and I feel much stronger while hiking. I love the small group training where I feel comfortable being a workout newbie and can be confident that I am getting top- notch instruction from Tsiago. Love my weekly sessions with Thiago. I am a competitive long distance runner that has been plagued by injuries over the past 2 years- mostly high hamstring issues that have sidelined me from the road more than once. I am also a physical therapist that works with runners./athletes daily. I should know better- but sometimes we need that extra push. I needed to get stronger and work on correcting some of my poor movement patterns and Thiago has done that and more. He is the other set of eyes and the motivator that I needed. I am now back on the road gearing up for a fall half marathon and looking to crush the Boston Marathon in 2018. More...

I've been working out with Thiago form a few years and have never felt better, stronger and more confident in my ability to move through physically and emotionally tough times. I've had back issues for many years and have plateaued w other exercise programs. Thiago's approach is different. Thiago is a great teacher! I have watched his videos on form, tips, and exercises and have been able to improve the way I work out. With his help, I was able to work through and correct deficits, especially major mistakes in my squats and deadlifts. I was able to do this through his distance coaching. Thiago was able to take my videos I sent him and show me the flaws and ways to correct them. Feedback is prompt and always helpful. I highly recommend Thiago. I reached out to Thiago recently for some advice on taking better care of myself and getting in shape. He was very responsive and had nothing but words of encouragement. He even told me about other people he'd worked with that had similar goals. I was given a specific workout plan that suited my needs and some instruction on how to execute the routine efficiently. Today I hit my 4 week mark and I'm down 14.4 lbs. I feel great. Its obvious that Health and Fitness are what Thiago is truly passionate about and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks man.
