I was worried that when I moved to Las Vegas I wouldn't find a place where I would fit in. Especially being a little older (born in '69) it was important that I liked the atmosphere and personalities.
From the moment I stepped into RFT I knew it was home! Training under Rob (and hopefully Chris sometimes), along with Dave has been a wonderful experience and I feel like we have been long time friends all along.
I can't wait for my 17 month old to start training here at 3, plus my teenage rides his bike on his own to train sometimes!

Your relationship with your coach is crucial to your success. Maintain great communication with your coach the whole time. Text them multiple times a week about your progress, what you're eating, how much you've been working out, how you're feeling, etc. This will help them to make immediate changes to your diet and lifestyle.I am so grateful that my coach Ian offered me the patience and support I needed in order to complete this challenge. He taught me so much about nutrition and how to take care of my body and I will continue to apply the knowledge he gave me to my life now that the challenge is done. If I can do it, anyone can! Just remember to communicate with your coach and work hard!
