My family and myself and have been members for well over 1 year now and we absolutely love the gym and its staff. The equipment is like new and always kept in perfect working order - While the gym itself is kept extremely clean ! Jeff and his wife are the best of people and we couldn't be more happy to be a part of the team at Next Level ! Great gym! Lot's of variety and utilizes the space very well! I've been going for some months now and has maintained it's charm and attraction. There's something for everyone there and the people who workout there are from all different walks of life. They have more than one option to clean/sanitize the equipment you use and everyone there is respectful and makes an effort to observe the covid protocols. The owner (Jeff) is a really nice down to earth guy and if you have questions about any of the equipment, form, etc he is happy to help. He takes pride in his gym and you can tell by how immaculate the equipment is and how neat the gym always looks. Occasionally something might break like the treadmill skipping but he's always on top of things and know it'll be fixed quickly. As for the equipment itself, NLF has all of your common dumbbells', barbells, machines, etc, but also has some other equipment that is refreshing and nice to use such as a Smith machine, leg dip machine and more!Expect to see the same faces when you go as this spot seems to stay consistent and you should have no trouble getting in a great workout no matter what your goal is. I love this gym!!! I work out pretty consistently, and I have been a member of many gyms, but this one is my absolute favorite! I HATE going to those massive gyms, it's just not my style, they are super loud, and as a woman, it's hard sometimes to go to a gym and work out in peace.That's one of the reasons I love this gym. The clientele is super chill...Everyone is very respectful, friendly, and has GREAT gym etiquete... I actually look forward to going in and working out. I've been going to Next level fitness since it opened and I love it. I'm not into the Vegas lifestyle or being around a ton of people, so this gym is great for that. The gym is always clean and the equipment is new. The staff is amazing and always very helpful. I will say one thing and It will be short and sweet. This is for **Carlos**. Everyone is very happy you are gone. You're nothing but a tool bag who only cares about himself. You never cleaned up after yourself and thought it was ok you tell on your phone constantly. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Owned by a dishonest shitbag who would rather harass you while you work out & drive you to cancel your membership instead of making you feel welcome and appreciated after you pay him good money to be a member. I paid my membership a year in advance & After many harassing text messages and phone calls I had enough and decided that we separate (amicably) he knew he was in the wrong for treating members and myself with mountains of disrespect which is why he offered to remit left over monthly dues. I was surprised and was very skeptical of getting any money back anyways. Low & behold, After a couple weeks, he Has not and now will not come thru on his own promise (surprise surprise) It's a shame bc this gym is a nice facility. It's unfortunate that ownership has marred the good will and harmony of every member there by constantly interrupting work outs and sending erroneous text messages in the middle of the night blaming everyone but himself or his staff for the weights not being put away. I got one really late once saying I don't clean up after myself which was weird bc it was my rest day that day. A few members mentioned their disgust with his attitude but after experiencing it on my own I decided i had enough & that I'd rather pay a nicer gym less money to be a member. I'm all about being a champion of the little guy; especially during these times but I'm not an asshole and I definitely do not like being treated like one. Stay away from this place. There are many more gyms that are not only nicer but they're bigger with newer equipment and you don't have a weird creep following you around the gym talking shit while you're trying to lift. Jeff you're a clown. I'm only one of the many members that have left due to your negative bullshit and complete disregard for the honor & respect you must maintain to run a business that counts on treating members with care & admiration. There are no hard feelings but You have failed in being a business owner that others can trust their hard earned money with. To Everyone that reads this review take note that the owner of this business is now getting people  to post positive reviews to bury this very honest one. I didn't think business Owners were allowed to compromise the system this way  IMO if you don't want a shitty review don't run a shitty business. I've been a member of this gym for about 4 months and I truly love this gym! The owner is amazing very personable. Gym is always immaculate abiding in all the safety requirements pertaining to covid, equipment is top notch never to crowded. As long as I love hear in Las Vegas I won't be working out anywhere else.
