How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help them by empowering the clients. Before discussing anything physical, mental health has to be discussed. Motivate my clients and be excited about this journey, a fun nutrition program and personal training.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret of your dreams becoming true. You just simple act on does dream, plan and be consistent. Make your mind to do it.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing others win, can’t explain the feeling but anyone that has any goals in life and that’s does it. Inspires me to do better for myself and the people around me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It’s time to set my own journey, for me to have a different life style and to have more control of my life.
