What do you love most about your job?

I love to see a person get into shape so I know then I have helped them to live a longer and healthier life. Once I get the person I am working with to there goal weight and physical fitness condition it makes me so happy to see them walk out the door knowing I have changed there life for the better.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was a commercial pilot and had got well out of shape because of the sedentary job environment. At one point with my 6 month manditory FAA Physical I was in danger of losing my medical and without the First Class Medical I would be unable to fly for a living and that would end a job that paid 350K a year. So I decided to get an edication in the field of personal fitness training and nutrition and at the same time I started to lose weight and get into shape. I went from 260 lbs and over 38 percent body fat to 180 lbs and 8 percent body fat in 8 months. When I was done and walked in the door of my doctors office and able to pass my physical the doctor almost fell on the floor from the amazing transformation. I felt if I can do this then I can help anyone do this and started my own business while I resumed flying as a commercial pilot.
