SCAM!!! My son joined at the beginning of September when he moved to FL, he cancelled in October because he was going back to our home state. I was charged multiple times in the same week. I called to resolve the issue and the staff was rude and treated me like I was stupid and don't know how gym memberships work. I tried to speak to the manager that told me he never cancelled (when I know he did) and that there was nothing they would do. I asked why i was charged so much and they said annual fee ok well he was charged in September when he signed up the manager said that he was not and I said its on my bank statement and I can prove it. She continued an attitude and when I ask for corporates number she said no. I then asked for her name and she hung up on me. I called back several times and they refuse to answer the phone. Because I was annoying them a gentleman answered and said we wont speak to you. This gym is clearly run by young people who don't know what customer service is. I am an adult who has my own gym membership at a respectful gym who would never treat there members like this. I have had to dispute all charges and hope I get my money back. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The owners need to evaluate their staffing choices. Robbing young kids is not ok. If I could give this place a -10, I would. I signed a contract with a young guy who told me that because I was signing on the 17th of the month, That’s when my membership of $35 would be taken out. When the $35 was taken out the first of the month, I called and spoke to the manager to complain. She said that there was nothing she could do. Initially when I signed for membership, I was told that I could cancel any time and wouldn’t have to pay anything for cancellation. When I walked into cancel, they charged me for three months and a $50 yearly fee. When I told both of these representatives that I was told differently, and my friend was there that signed up and she was told differently also.. They both said the same thing… Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do. When I asked for the corporate office phone number, they said they didn’t have it. Then because I was complaining, she started getting nasty with me. It’s a scam. Don’t believe anything they tell you. I love Crunch. It been the the best experience I have had at a gym by far. This one is usually quite clean and staff are friendly. There are a lot of separate offerings besides just the gym membership. The environment is generally busy and everyone is focused on their work outs so it doesn’t take much time to wait on a machine if it’s a busy time of day. Nice Gym nice facility that’s the reason for the two stars however, hot water is constantly out at least 2 to 3 times a week but the dealbreaker for me was I was having trouble with my card on file so I was paying my membership in advance sometimes up to two weeks in advance so it did surprise me with my payment was due on the 26 of September. I was attempting to work out on the 27 of September I was told I would have to come current before I could come back I’m 58 years of age I’ve been going to Jim’s for over 35 years. I have never had a Gym denying me access or being late up to a week so you can imagine my surprise and shock when I was told this! If you enjoy being hustled for personal training sessions when you enter the gym then this is the place for you. Do you enjoy feeling like you are at a used car dealership when you are trying to get a workout? Then this is the place for you! The children at the front desk are rude and condescending. I visited here a few times already with my partner. The gym is always almost full around the time we go but rarely have to wait too long for certain machines. The selections are abundant, and the front desk people are decent. They don't check ID'S for guests consistently, though. I like that they have alot of options too from group classes to include hot Yoga. I will definitely try some of those in the near future! More...

The lockerroom floors obviously haven't been mopped in days. Locker area, sink area, and sauna area are all sticky and covered in dirt spots. It would be nice if they could give us a mop or something to wipe up sweat off the floor in the sauna. I would gladly clean up after myself if we had a swiffer or some kind of sauna mop. My son joined being new to the area. He wasn’t happy the trainer spent no time with him and was no help at all. He canceled his membership knowing he had to pay a cancellation fee. I went in to cancel the membership that I had for my grandson due to knee surgery and the lady named Kelly said I could not cancel without a doctor's note! So I went to my car and found out that I could cancel that membership without a doctor's note because it's been over a year and I went inside and talked to a different person which was Jeremiah the general manager and he took care of me. She was rude to me and said to me okay honey and I thought that was unprofessional language to me as a customer. Evidently she doesn't know the real rules of cancellation after a year because she could have told me I could cancel. I don't think I will have my grandson come back there because I felt like I was handled totally unprofessional until I connected with Jeremiah and I don't think I will have my grandson come back there. The secret is consistency! To always tell yourself “if you want to you could” it will never be easy but the more you push within yourself, you will reach your goals!

What i love is helping people all around learn different ways to maitain and buid a healthy body.To never feel insecure within your own skin, to show how much you can learn and grow from preventing that unhealthy state!
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me is wanting to help people around the world learn the best exercises to help maintain a healthy body. To let women/men all around know to never settle because it is easy.theres so much they can accomplish when it comes to learning more and more workouts. When it come to strengthing, cardio, flexibility/mobility.
Why should our clients choose you?
To show them how much they can accomplish and learn! To show how much they can transform their own body to become the most healthiest in the matter if months. To not only motivate, but show that they can reach there goals!! To always make sure they get the right form, functional training, and the right ways to lose fat and build muscle!
