What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is changing peoples lives in a positive way. My athletes are like family and seeing them achieve their own fitness goals brings a smile to my face everytime.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was once overweight and unhealthy. As a senior in high school, I weighed 249 pounds with over 38% body fat. I got fed up with how I felt (depressed and miserable) so within 11 months I lost 79 pounds! At that moment, I decided to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle. Today at 39 years old, I'm 201 pounds of lean muscle with 11% body fat. And let me tell you, it feels amazing!

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose me, because I can empathize with what 70% of Americans are dealing with. I know how it feels to be unhealthy and I also know what it takes to be healthy since I've been doing it for over 22 years and still going strong.

89% of my clients train online via Messenger (or Zoom meetings) but if you live near Escondido CA, workouts can be done at my gym, your home, or at a local park.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We have shifted most programs to online/virtual training. Clients really enjoy exercising at the comfort of their own home, while still seeing results & getting an awesome workout!
