Mr Aftab was absolutely amazing. I had not updated my cover on my boiler - sods law, had a breakdown - called him out and turned up as promised - under 30 mins later problem resolved and the natural order of things was restored - all showers working and the whole family was forever grateful - left the place as it were without a mess behind. Victor was great - basically picked up an unfinished job from a Worcester Bosch engineer who had left saying he couldn't fill the heating system and so couldn't commission the boiler after repair (an attitude utterly condemned by everyone especially OVO, my insurer, and Victor). Victor gave me an indicative price before coming over - the actual work took longer than allowed for in the quote but all he asked for was the original amount... I offered to scale up the payment but he said it was OK... so, I paid him what he'd asked for and then gave him what I wanted to give him as an extra. Everybody happy and honours even! BUT - he's not only a good and honest man he's extremely competent and professional; he arrived when he said he would and got the job done. The work should have been done by Worcester Bosch under my maintenance plan via OVO so to get Victor cost me money it shouldn't have... HOWEVER I consider it a good investment because I now know a great plumber / heating engineer and I've given him a list of other stuff that needs doing. Can't recommend him highly enough.
