I can’t recommend Monika highly enough! I had never thought about having reiki before, but once I started I was hooked and going forward I will have maintenance sessions every so often. When I began the treatment in January I was feeling very low, mainly menopausal but also felt like I had lost my Mojo and sense of direction. After a few sessions with Monika I started to feel different but couldn’t quite put my finger on how it all works, but it does! Monika guided me out of my comfort zone and has encouraged me to do things that weren’t on my radar, she has given me more confidence and she has helped me feel more peaceful with myself. She has been an amazing outlet to offload and rid yourself of lots of different emotions. It’s not just the hands-on healing which I chose (It can be hands off) but also the deep discussions that take place which are cleansing to say the least! I feel like I am in a much better place now. I feel happier, more confident, more energy and balanced. I am definitely a better person for doing it. I also love the Indian head massage, what a treat! Thank you so much Monika x
