Onyx Property Solutions is currently seeking high quality properties to provide accommodation to corporate and professional tenants in the South London area. We are looking rent properties with 3 plus bedrooms and 2 or more reception rooms from landlords on a long term let. We are ideally looking for terms of 2 to 5 years, and we will pay an agreed rental figure each month for the entire rental period. We are looking for high quality properties within in South West London and surrounding areas. We will rent individual rooms on a single occupancy basis to working professionals only. We source the tenants, we do the credit and reference checks, we do the inventory and the check in, tenancy agreement, we furnish the property if needed, carry out all minor maintenance, regular inspections and arrange for a cleaner and gardener where required for the communal shared areas. What do you love most about your job?

Taking the stress out of property management and enabling landlords to be free and the things they enjoy whilst still receiving a rental income each month.
Also providing our tenants with high quality rental accommodation which is suitable for there needs and which is clean and safe.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Its something I have always wanted to and I have always have had an interest in property.

I also wanted to set up a business which provides a service to others, by providing a property management service this will assist with freeing the time of the landlord and also provides safe and comfortable housing to tenants.
