I first approached HouseManage around 18 months ago, following a bad experience with an agent in the Croydon area. Right from the outset, it was clear how refreshingly different their service was, and how professional they were.
HouseManage have been the complete opposite to our previous agent – they are friendly and professional at all times. They are completely open and transparent in setting their fee and set it at a very fair level.
When things go wrong (for example, boiler issues) they frequently go above and beyond the normal call of duty to get things rectified as quickly as possible.
Overall, appointing HouseManage has been the best decision I have made regarding my properties.

I have three properties with HouseManage, two HMO’s and the other a house in the Wandsworth area. I have found the HouseManage staff to be helpful, polite and always on hand to answer my questions. They rented out my properties quickly and efficiently, additionally gaining much more for the properties than I had been achieving renting them myself. What inspired you to start your own business?
HouseManage started up as we recognised that there was a clear need for professional cost effective property management. There has been a clear pattern of estate agents overcharging and we were confident we could offer a better and more effective management service.
