I have used Square Space to manage my rental (accidental landlord!). Karl (owner) spent time getting to know and get familiar with the house and James helped get the house rented out. We found a tenant within a day of photos of the property being released. Both Karl and James are very responsive and deliver a personal service. I’ve just left a house share after a year and a half of being there and I am so sad to leave. Karl has been a fantastic landlord, any issues get sorted extremely quickly and communication is brilliant from him. The house itself is really nicely decorated and Karl makes sure to match up tenants well so we gain some really lovely housemates and friends too, which makes the whole environment of the house super homely.
