I have had no issues in renting. I have just renewed for another year. Repairs are sorted quickly and communication with my property manager is easy.

I have been renting a property through J Property Management for around 8 months. Recently, my boiler broke. The property manager in charge of my property came within 1 hour. I then had a boiler repair man out within 2. Very happy with the service provided. They do regular property inspections but we never feel like our privacy is being invaded. I have been letting out my property for 2 years now. I have recently moved the management of my property to JPM from another agent. JPM found tenants for my property within 5 days. They offer a fast and stress free service. The tenants moved into my property 3/4 months ago and I have had no problems with them. My property manager sends me monthly updates on my property. My manager is always easily reachable which is very important to me as I am still relatively new to this and sometimes have new questions. More...

I would highly recommend J Property Management. What has stood out for us so far is the no additional fees guarantee to landlords apart from the monthly management fee and the occasional maintenance/repair costs to your property. I am very impressed with J Property Management's Airbnb Management service. I worked abroad for 4 months and decided to rent out my property during that time. J Property Management did a very good job at managing it, it was only empty 6 nights out of the 127 nights I was away. After failing to sell our home for nearly 2 years, we have decided to rent it out instead of sell.
Not knowing anything about being a Landlord, I hired J Property Management and so far, I have nothing but praise.
They are so efficient and very friendly. Maintenance issues are reported and dealt with quickly.
They respond to emails and answer queries quickly.
They have made my experience as a new landlord very enjoyable and easy.

We always take time to understand our clients' priorities and we make them our priorities too.
We start our tenant find service by carrying out extensive referencing on all tenants. Essentially, no tenant moves into a property that we wouldn’t have in one of our own.
Unlike many of our competitors, we then carry out regular property visits whilst the tenancy is ongoing. This way we have the ability to pick up on potential issues before they turn into something more serious. It also helps us to build superior relationships with tenants.
We have a network of local trusted contractors who will attend to any maintenance issues quickly.
Most importantly, we offer 24-hour assistance to all tenants.

Services

Our most popular service is our Full Management service and this includes:

Initial market valuation on your property
Property Marketing – including advertising property on Rightmove and Zoopla among others.
Guided viewings
Tenant Referencing which includes but not limited to written verification of employment and income, full credit checks, previous letting references, affordability calculation and application tracking
Negotiating terms of the tenancy between the landlord and tenant
Preparation and completion of legal documentation for the tenancy
Check-in and check-out
Receipt of initial move-in monies from the tenant to include rent and deposit
Lodging the deposit with a deposit protection scheme
Collection of the rent on behalf of the landlord
Chasing potential rent arrears
Serving relevant documentation in the pursuit of any rent arrears
Transferring the rent onto landlord every month within one working day of it hitting our account
Periodic property inspections during the tenancy
Getting quotes for any minor/major work required to your property
Monthly breakdown consisting of the rental income alongside bills and any expenses with invoices and receipts of any works that have been done
