My experience with Succour management was second to none!!
I had the pleasure of working with Oke, he was extremely responsive, he went the extra mile completing viewings when we couldn't attend, as well as giving a very detailed report following on from it.
To top the 5 star service, he was helpful, polite and we was able to have fun and some laughs in the process. For anyone looking for property management in South London and Surrey, please check Succour out as their services are unmatched. My only negative is that I couldn't complete on a property due to external factors, but I know if I need a property looking after Oke is the man!

What do you love most about your job?
At Succour Management we love helping landlords or tenants. We pride our selves at resolving property issues and making homes habitable. As well trying to help landlords get the most out of there asset by keeping it in a let-table state so that they can continue getting that reoccurring revenue.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for a number estate agents. I have become tired of seeing landlord get ripped off from all the funds they need to pay to agents. We wanted to give a better service for landlords at a reduced rate. Our service is more about the customer rather than the fee.
Why should our clients choose you?
Being in the industry for over a decade. I have managed all sorts of properties from studios to penthouses with all the mods cons. We have an understanding of the detail that is needed to insure your property kept in a fabulous condition. As well as having the legal understanding of what a landlord can and cannot do.
Our asset is that we can offer a reduced fee compared to normal estate agent and restricted to just certain contractors. We are all about the service and looking for the best way to resolve an issue.
