What inspired you to start your own business?
I have over 10 years experience working in Property and felt that in some cases something was missing from the property experience, also by combining different aspects of housing it creats a seamless experience for the customer.

We now carry out more meetings with our customers virtually. For property management we need to obtain the keys to the property so would need to meet the client or make arranegemtns for that.
For our interior design service we have managed to create an option where the service is 100% virtual.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have regular testing of staff.
Masks are worn when carrying out face to face visits.

Property Management
We can look after your property portfolio if you have one property or if you have several. We offer different levels of care, so once you speak to us and let us know what you need we can create a package to suit your needs. Our services include tenant finding, being the first point of contact for tenants, service charge collection, rent collection, arranging repairs, inventories at the start and end of tenancies etc.
Interior Design
We offer two types of interior design, one is a virtual servce where we can meet with you virtually, we then create mood boards and plans to your specification. Once you have settled on your design we provide links to all the furniture and decorations so that you can install in your home, and we help with finding contractors if you require that. This option has proven popular in the pandemic. The other option is a more traditional face to face service. Contact us and we can discuss which ever suits your needs.
Residential surveying
Our property surveys are carried out by fully qualified RPSA surveyors. We help clients understand the condition of their building and prodcue clear informative jargon free reports.
