No need to look elsewhere for literally anything related to my rental property. Taking care of all cert renewals, repairs, replacing tenants when the property is about to become vacant, and most importantly on the last 6 years I have never not been paid my rent on time (and in full) and the property has rarely ever been vacant! Countless property experiences of unreliability, poor communication and high maintenance costs have driven to the formation of Landlords Choice! Our key focus is customer service, providing tailored packages to suit each individual property owners requirements.
With over 15 years experience in property management, lettings, sales and maintenance, our aim is to be the number 1 landlords choice for everything property!

Residential lettings (Let only)
Our specialist team covers all areas within the m25. We charge 6% (subject to a £500 minimum fee). This includes property advertising, viewings, tenant find, drafting of tenancy agreement, deposit registration and the entire move in process! Referencing is £65 per tenant (no charge for guarantor references if required).
Property Management
We manage properties all across London and the surrounding Boroughs. The managed fee is taken monthly as opposed to up front, meaning if you don't get paid, we don't get paid! We charge 8%, which is inclusive of all on offer for the let only service, but additionally the service includes rent collection, rental statements and property inspections. Property Sales
With expert sales negotiators and years of experience, we aim to get you the highest offer for your property in a manner that suits your requirements. This service is offered at 1%, which includes professional photography, viewings, negotiating offers to the owners requirement and seeing the offer through until completion. Property Maintenance / Refurbishment
With a team of insured highly qualified contractors, rest assured your property is in good hands. We offer services for gas engineers, plumbers, electricians and handymen/builders.
If your property is managed by us, then there is a 5% reduction on all listed costs for maintenance contractors if ever required.
