I can’t believe the change that my daughter has undergone regarding her fear of certain insects and spiders since having a series of sessions with Sonia. My daughter would refuse to go into a room if she saw a spider. After just one session with Sonia, she was able to pick one up, (using a large wad of tissues), to dispose of it outside, whilst still at Sonia's therapy room. Subsequently she has passed underneath a spider on our lintel to gain access to another room and used a toilet with a spider above her head. Something that would never have happened before.Her fear of other insects, such as earwigs and woodlice dwindled noticeably following another session. To the extent that she no longer exits the room, but will point them out and even look at them. I am sure that she will be able to deal with them herself when the course is completed. A noticeable 'side effect' is that her confidence has increased in other areas. Especially around school work and reading.Thank you so much for your help and professionalism Sonia.
