Boxing is approximately 80% anaerobic and 20% aerobic, which is why I include interval training along with cardio and weight training. This program combines strength, power, speed, agility and quickness all into one to ensure you're a well-balanced fighter and ready for anything. The programs overall goal is to burn body fat, build lean muscle, and change overall body composition to that of a boxer (lean, aesthetic, strong, and agile). Transformation package is customizable to target areas such as growing glutes, six pack abs, etc.
If you're not looking to become a boxer, you will still need all these things for self-defense. It can also help you become a better athlete in your sport. The program also includes 2-3 sessions per week of boxing/aquatic workouts, meal plans, and weekly check-ins.
Yes we offer Online/Remote training options via our mobile app! J-Rocks Boxing Team will review where you are and determine what you need to do to get to your goal and devise a plan for your transformation process. This program is like the One-to-One Accountability we offer for all in-person members with the J-Rocks Boxing Team just for online training. You will have your own account dashboard to sign in and check in with our Transformation Team leaders periodically to be evaluated. You will also be able to upload pictures to document your progress. It also includes detailed workout routines for inside and outside the gym, given in the same format as our in-person small group training classes. Also included are
Private workout videos that give you detailed information about each exercise. As well as periodic exclusive video updates for J-Rocks Boxing Members to help on your journey. Flexible Meal Planning included to reduce likelihood of boredom with meal options (updated on a as needed basis) and guidelines on how to get the best results from the program.
Our staff is fully vaccinated, masks are provided if requested, and our location is cleaned/sanitized throughout the week.
