What do you love most about your job?

I love that I get to use something that I love (exercise) as a way to help people regain their confidence. It makes me happy to be able to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was tired of working for other people. I wanted more freedom and flexibility & the ability to dictate how and when I want to work. I really wanted to be my own boss. I wanted to work towards my own dreams instead of working towards the dreams of others.

Yes. I offer online personal training via an online app. I provide online workouts, customized macronutrients, and weekly check ins. I'm available during the week to all of my online clients in the event that you may have a question.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Covid masks are optional, not required. I respect the clients decision to wear a mask if they want to. I wipe down equipment after every client.
