We are so happy we went with Xim catering for our wedding! Lenny was a joy to work with. He was so enthusiastic and attentive, and really listened to all of our needs to create a menu that was delicious, interesting, and within our budget. He went above and beyond with our requests and even made small portions of each dish without onions to accommodate my mom's food allergy. He also accommodated some peanut allergies and some vegetarian special requests. The food was so delicious (still dreaming about the chicken molé!) and the signature cocktails were incredible too! The decorations at the buffet line and the bar really helped set the mood. Lenny did all that he could to make sure that everything was taken care of so we could enjoy our wedding day. We didn't have a wedding planner or a coordinator so we really appreciated that he made us feel so at ease before the big day. The staff that Lenny brought to the event were so professional, courteous, and hardworking. I can't say enough good things about our experience!

I really like this place. Â I was always partial to pork bbq until I tried their beef ribs. Â Very good. Â Their hot sauce is surprisingly edible and the variety of sauces served on the side is always nice. Â Sides are pretty good, though I like the coleslaw at Heidi's Brooklyn Deli much better. Â This Brother's location has a great bar as well. Â And they've got PBR in a can- always a plus in my book.

Gianna, Panza’s owner and co-founder holds a B.A. in Fine Arts/Design with an Art History minor. She grew up around blueprints and construction sites. Design and aesthetics are a way of communicating and ultimately an extension of who she is. Gianna worked in the interior design industry for many years. As well as community liaison and art director at a non-profit art foundation. Focused on fostering the close relationship between humans, art and nature. Proud to be an out-the-box (over)thinker, obsessed with Golden Retrievers. Always looking for any excuse to hit the ski slopes, host a dinner party and drink spicy Bloody Mary’s.
Luckily for Gianna, her husband and Panza’s co-founder Roberto has food/beverage manufacturing ingrained in this DNA. As a third generation F&B manufacturer, Roberto has firsthand, in-depth knowledge of all the ins & outs of the industry. With an entrepreneurial mind and forging spirit, Roberto has successfully led multiple businesses. He is the proud father of three strong-spirited girls...so if you find him skiing, he might have some glitter on him happily whistling Frozen’s theme song.
