To address keeping my clients safe from COVID-19, these are our current safety measures:

1. Teletherapy and Virtual Sessions: Offer the option for clients to have therapy sessions remotely through secure video conferencing platforms. This reduces the risk of exposure and provides a safe way to continue therapy while adhering to social distancing guidelines.

2. Pre-screening and Symptom Checks: Prior to in-person sessions, conduct pre-screening assessments to check for any COVID-19 symptoms or potential exposure. Clients should be advised to reschedule appointments if they are experiencing symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for the virus.

3. Enhanced Sanitization and Hygiene Practices: Implement strict sanitization measures in your office space to ensure a clean and safe environment. Regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces, provide hand sanitizers, and encourage proper hand hygiene for clients and staff.

4. Face Mask Requirements: Require both clients and staff to wear face masks during in-person sessions to reduce the risk of transmission. If needed, masks can be provided for clients who don't have them.

5. Adequate Ventilation: Proper ventilation in my office space will improve air circulation. open windows and use of air purifiers can be used.

6. Physical Distancing: Arrange seating in a way that maintains appropriate physical distance between clients and yourself. Minimize physical contact and adhere to social distancing guidelines during sessions.

7. Staggered Appointments: Consider implementing staggered appointment times to avoid overcrowding and minimize contact between clients in waiting areas.
