I cannot speak highly enough about Mark and his abilities. I've worked on myself through so many years, going from course to course and seminar to seminar. Something though was always holding me back and stopping me from taking any real action. In one session, with hardly any prior knowledge Mark was able to pinpoint my block and deal with it once and for all. I’d been struggling with mindset and self-confidence for a while with moments of depression. I’d been considering going back to medication after 10 months but wanted to explore a non-medicated way to move through some mental challenges and blocks. The outcomes I’ve achieved from the Breakthrough have been the removing of the mental strain and stress from overthinking, recognising the amount of negative self-talk I say to myself regularly and releasing the guilt, which stemmed from the birth of my premature twin daughters who had to go straight into neonatal care, for which I’ve held for 5 years. Before the Breakthrough, I felt quite low, unmotivated with very little belief or confidence in myself. Since the Breakthrough, I’ve noticed how much more relaxed I am in general, the negative self-talk is rare and I have newfound confidence now that I’ve worked with Dave. The mental energy it has taken to hold back negativity is so much lower and now have the energy to focus on my goals. I believe life is getting busier and more demanding, especially on working parents. It’s so difficult to juggle everything mentally and not feel under pressure. For anyone feeling stressed, undervalued, guilty or lacking in confidence, Dave has a natural way of breaking through the barriers and mental blockers and helping you focus on where you want to be. I’ve only known Dave a short time but his support and understanding has made a tremendous difference to my mindset and helping me find clarity amid guilt, depression and negative self-talk. Dave has a great way with his clients that allows them the space to think and speak on their own terms without judgement or persistence. I believe this is why his Breakthroughs are so effective. I’ve been to counselling before but after speaking for a long time, I didn’t feel any better. With Dave’s Breakthroughs, he completed exercises with me to understand who I am, why I think like I do and what methods I can use in the future.

I decided to give Hypnotherapy a try to relieve anxiety and stress that was causing me constant sleeping issues. Lisa made me feel very welcome and very relaxed, at the beginning of each session we would chat about life issues, etc in order for her to formulate a plan for that session.The setting of her studio is perfectly, surrounded by trees and very peaceful, perfect for relaxation.The actual hypnotherapy is very soothing, I found myself leaving each session extremely relaxed and very happy, all the issues that caused anxiety seemed to be subdued. Although I feel much happier in life I still visit the clinic around once a month to reinforce what my mind has learned and for aid in general health and well being.

Very enjoyable and relaxing experience in a confortable and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking of trying it out especially with the variety of treatments available. Will be happy to do it again :)
