To be able to offer individuals, couples and parents of young people quicker, flexible and therapy that they want rather than sitting on a waiting list for 12 mths. I couldn't work with the red tape of reports, assessments and outcomes anymore! Now it's just me and my client working through the stuff that matters.
I'm down to earth, informal and will use whatever type of therapy that will work best for you. Maybe a more directive approach of setting tasks and goals works well for you, maybe talking things through without direction suits better. It maybe that we use drawings, photos, and creative tools to access deeper trauma. Please be assured that I am trained and experienced to work in whichever ways we feel most comfortable in 🙂
