Hear from
a professional

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing someone recognise how much strength and capability they already have that is aligned to their future potential. And, in many instances, helping amazingly smart, experienced people identify and clarify their professional moonshot and achieve success.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I knew there was a better way. And NO is not an answer.

Why should our clients choose you?

Because I have been mentoring and coaching for over 15 years - and have a passion about the future and transformation. Anyone who is in a professional space - wanting to be the best or to pivot to a new role or career has to (in my opinion) work with a mentor and coach who understands the future and has methodologies, techniques and a track record of helping leaders identify and achieve purposeful success.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I usually work via Teams and Zoom. However, I also have a secure and dedicated platform through which I carry out a lot of my work, mentoring and training change practitioners and leaders of the future all over the world.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I do not tend to work face to face in a physical environment. We have favoured digital mentoring since 2013 and the results speak for themselves - there is no difference in success or impact. For this reason, keeping customers safe is perhaps not hugely relevant.
