I hired Caroline to coach five members of staff at various levels within our organisation. Whilst the content of those conversations has remained confidential, I have been frankly astounded at the shift in every one of those five individuals in the three months since we began.

My goal was to trial coaching as a way to encourage a culture of personal development in our organisation, which is fairly new and still developing its identity. I have witnessed an increase in accountability for personal development in each one, and an overall increase in engagement and productivity.

This could not have been achieved with training or line management alone, and I believe that offering an additional touch-point for my staff working at home during the COVID pandemic has really helped combat feelings of isolation. I enjoyed my coaching sessions with Caroline far more than I expected.
